Ingredients : MCT Oil, Full Spectrum Hemp Extract, (24%, Including 20% CBD), L-Menthol, Tangerine Flavouring

How to Use: Simply place 0.5ml -1ml under the tongue and hold for 2 minutes before swallowing. All the absorption happens in the mouth so hold for a full 2 minutes if possible.
