Collenottolo 2017 is a single-vineyard Sagrantino from Montefalco, Umbria, grown at altitude and farmed organically by Tenuta Bellafonte. Founded by Peter Heilbron, the estate focuses on refined, site-driven expressions of Sagrantino, fermented with native yeasts and aged in large oak casks. The 2017 vintage, warm and dry, emphasizes the grape’s natural power while keeping definition and balance. A structured, long-lived Sagrantino that reflects both vineyard and traditional cellar work.
