BS EN 60684 discusses specifications for flexible insulating sleeving. BS EN 60684-3-406 to 408 is the third part of BS EN 60684 multi-series and discusses glass textile sleeving with PVC coating.    

BS EN 60684-3-406 to 408 gives the requirements for E-type glass sleeving using either braided or knitted construction with a continuous flexible coating based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or its copolymers or blends thereof. These sleevings have been found suitable up to temperatures of 105 °C.
