This is a 1972 Sho-Bud Model 6139 pedal steel guitar, with three pedals and one knee lever. The guitar is in very good condition with the original case included. All of the linkages are functional with no missing parts. There are some rusty hex screws that possibly need replaced. It can definitely use a professional pedal steel setup, however in its current state still plays well.
