This order is for a specific limited edition product and we are unable to cancel the order once you have placed it. When you pre-order a product through Hiles Two you are allowing us to reserve a product or products for you and for us to ship to you once we receive the item(s) from the manufacturer. This ensures you will not miss out on receiving a product that has limited availability. Payment for the product is due at the time of the order.

The summer 2023 ship date of this product is an estimate based on what the manufacturer has said. Any delay in shipping from the manufacturer will create delays in our receiving your product and shipping it out to you. We will communicate changes and updates as we receive them from the manufacturer. However, we cannot guarantee a product you pre-order will arrive by a specific date. In the event the manufacturer cancels a shipment or is unable to fulfill an order we have placed with them, you will be informed as soon as possible and in this circumstance, we will discuss an alternative ornament or refund your money.
