Edel-Kirschbrände für höchste Ansprüche: 1867 gründete Franz-Xaver Dettling in Brunnen ein Handelshaus für italienische Weine und eine Destillerie für Schwyzer Bergkirschen. Im Jahr 2000 wird die Brennerei auf den technisch neusten Stand gebracht. Seither sind die Dettling Edel-Kirschbrände die hochwertigsten Brände in der Kategorie Kirsch.

Degustationsnotiz

Für die Reserve werden nur Kirschen der besten Lagen und Sorten verwendet. Nach 3 bis 4 Jahren Lagerung in Korbflaschen hat er das typisch milde, weiche Aroma. Würzig und harmonisch, steinbetonte Frucht, anhaltende Aromatik.
