Egura 100x38.5x100 cm is a firewood storage unit where both large and small pieces of wood can be neatly stored, a beautiful combination of functionality and design for your garden.

The wood and corten steel match perfectly, creating a beautiful, natural color combination.

The firewood storage can also be used as a dividing element.

The wood storage element is expertly fully welded.

Therefore, you do not need to assemble it but can immediately place it in the designated spot.

It withstands all weather conditions and requires no additional maintenance.

Holes are provided at the bottom for drainage, and you can also use these holes if you wish to anchor the firewood storage.

How long does the rusting process take?

• Upon delivery, Geroba's products often do not yet have the beautiful, typical orange-brown color.

• The formation of the rust layer begins after 2 to 3 weeks and is only complete after approximately 1.5 years.

• The alternation between wet and dry weather is important for the formation of the protective layer.

• The exact duration largely depends on the weather and the location where you place the product.

Information on oxidizing agents that can be used on Geroba's Corten steel products.

• Rust accelerator, Spray bottle 0.5L.

Instructions for use:

1. First, thoroughly degrease the Corten steel product.
2. Before starting the treatment, let the product dry well.
3. Then apply undiluted Cortensteel Oxidizer to the surface to be treated.
4. Allow the agent to work.

Please note:

No product should remain on a flat working surface! (Place the Corten steel at an angle).

After drying, spray again to achieve an even surface.

After sufficient rust formation (after one day), the surface can be thoroughly rinsed (low pressure) to remove any remaining product.

In case of doubt, first test on a less visible test area.

As an option, you can also use an oil to treat the Corten steel, see below:

• Rust protective oil 1L.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply the product to a dry surface.
2. Brush off all dirt, loose rust, and paint.
3. Degrease the surface if necessary.
4. Apply Rustfix Oil with a brush or spray gun.
5. Clean the spray gun after use to avoid clogging.
6. For outdoor applications, it is best to repeat the treatment annually.

Dosage - Consumption:

• Use neat - 12 to 24m²/L product, depending on the surface.

Application temperature - Drying time:

• Apply the product when the temperature is at least 10°C.
• For best results, allow 12 to 48 hours of drying time, depending on the ambient temperature.
