The estate's 25 hectares are divided into three distinct areas, with the majority of grapes going to produce the unoaked La Battistina, while the premium Bricco Battistina comes from vines on the crown of the hill and Nuovo Quadro from a small plot within the Gavi sub-zone. Vinified without oak to preserve the variety's natural freshness and aromatic character.
